Introduction

The annual Rotary Carol Tour started in 1951 and has become a popular tradition in Faversham, raising approximately £85,000 to date. The funds raised are the Faversham Rotary Club's primary source of income that enables us to run projects and provide support for local good causes.

1984 Carol Tour - It was reported that the Carol Tour had netted £913.99 and with the Club's sweepstake of £8 this made a total of £921.99. It was reported that the St. John's Ambulance Brigade Junior Section had given very good help during the whole of the Carol Tour and it was unanimously agreed that £100 would be donated to them.     £913.99
